Made for painting companies that run on GoHighLevel
Keep GoHighLevel for what it does well: capturing leads, estimates and signatures, texting, and taking payment. PaintPal adds the side of the job GoHighLevel doesn’t track: your subs, your costs and your profit.
Who does what
GoHighLevel
- Facebook lead forms and forms
- The painting pipeline and opportunities
- Estimates with line items and digital signatures
- Contacts, texting and conversations
- Calendar
- Invoice payments (Text2Pay)
PaintPal
- Lead inbox on that pipeline, with enrichment and quality marks
- Lead status changes move the opportunity’s stage
- Jobs, multi-day scheduling and sub assignments
- Sub pay, upsell and referral bonuses, tips
- Photos, materials and receipts per job
- Invoice status and profit per job
Connecting a sub-account
Each location takes a few minutes. The in-app setup guide walks through every step.
- 1
Add the location
One PaintPal location for each GoHighLevel sub-account.
- 2
Create a private integration
In the sub-account, with the scopes the location page lists: calendars, contacts, conversations, invoices, products, users and opportunities.
- 3
Paste the token and test it
Along with the location ID and calendar ID. The token is stored encrypted.
- 4
Map your pipeline
Pick the painting pipeline and match each lead status to a stage.
- 5
Send new leads to PaintPal
A GoHighLevel workflow: lead form submitted, create or update the opportunity, then a webhook to PaintPal. PaintPal also checks the pipeline every few minutes as a backup.
- 6
Turn on invoicing
Text2Pay deposit and final invoices, sent from the job.
One sub-account per location
Every location keeps its own GoHighLevel sub-account, pipeline, calendar and token, just as you run it today. PaintPal brings them together: one lead inbox and one jobs list with a location filter, team members limited to the locations they work, and revenue and profit for each location.
