Where it started
Easton Painters already ran their leads, estimates and payments in GoHighLevel. What GoHighLevel didn’t answer was the question every owner asks at the end of a job: after the subs, the bonuses and the paint, what did we actually make? PaintPal was built to answer it, job by job.
How it was built
PaintPal combines two tools that were already in daily use: a lead inbox from a lead portal, and the schedule, customers, team, invoicing, revenue and pay screens from an ops hub. Then it adds what a painting company needs on top: estimate value, before and after photos, materials and receipts, sub pay with upsell and referral bonuses, tips, and profit per job.
What we hold to
- The trade’s rules. Sub pay is a fixed amount per job. Tips go 100% to the sub and are never revenue.
- Subs see their work, not your margins. Their jobs, their pay, their photos. Never costs or other subs’ pay.
- No double entry. What GoHighLevel already does stays in GoHighLevel.
- Phone first. Subs use it on a ladder with one bar of signal.
Where it’s going
Easton is the first location, with Bethlehem and Allentown to follow, each on its own GoHighLevel sub-account. PaintPal is built so other painting companies can run on it the same way.
